GLS delivers your cylinders
To your door or a nearby GLS ParcelShop. You'll see the carrier's expected delivery date and get email updates: shipped, out for delivery, delivered.
Return your empties — free
Within 30 days of delivery: hand them to the courier with your next subscription delivery, or drop them at any GLS ParcelShop with the prepaid label or QR code we email you.
We refill and reuse
Every returned cylinder is inspected, sanitised and refilled in Spain with food-grade CO₂ — ready for its next round of bubbles.
Returns and deposit, without the small print
Subscribers pay no deposit at all — they simply return their empties within 30 calendar days of each delivery.
One-time orders carry a €12 refundable deposit per cylinder, returned as EcoFizz account credit as soon as your empty reaches us — not as a card refund. If a cylinder isn't returned within 30 days, its deposit may be charged.
Return shipping is always free and always included in the price — via any GLS ParcelShop or, on a subscription, by handing empties to the courier.
